Science Department textbooks
There are a number of different textbooks that we use in the science department for the different courses that we offer, below you will find details of the textbooks we use for each different course. All students will have access to a digital version of the book that they can access online, however, if you would prefer to have paper copies of any of the textbooks, the ISBN numbers are included in the information below.
Year 7
Students follow the Activate Science course and use the textbook called Activate 1

Year 8

Year 9
Students in Year 9 will start their GCSE Science course and therefore will use the same textbooks as Year 10 and Year 11. All Students will start with the content of the COMBINED Science course and may continue to study SEPARATE Science in Year 11

There are 2 courses that we offer for GCSE science, SEPARATE Science and COMBINED science. All textbooks are published by Pearson and are available for purchase on their website if you wish to have a paper copy of the book.
