All math classes are set according to ability. This allows the teacher and department to set work which is appropriate for each student within a class. We want to stretch, support and challenges all of our students. Students will have the opportunity to move sets throughout the year in order to match their progress and performance. In Year 9 there are eight maths sets, four in each of Blue and Red band. 9maB1, 9maB2, 9maB3, 9maB4, 9maR1, 9maR2, 9maR3, 9maR4.
