The Junior Chefs’ Academy at the University of West London would like students to participate in the following course. Any budding Chef’s out there?

The courses, 10 weeks in length, are aimed at students in years 9, 10 and 11 and cost £10 per session. The students are taught by highly-trained professionals who are both industry experts and qualified teachers. We run two courses:

Junior Chefs’ Academy – a ‘traditional’ course, during which students will learn about and cook a variety of foods from different cuisines. The course runs on a Saturday morning, from 9:30-12:30.

Junior Cake and Bake – the students will learn how to bake bread, cakes and other patisserie, as well as decorating and finishingThis course runs on Thursday evenings, from 17:00-20:00.

Our courses are always very popular and hugely enjoyable! The compulsory enrolment date for the upcoming course is Saturday 21st September at 9:30 sharp, at the Pillars restaurant, University of West London, St Marys Road, W5 5RF. This must be attended with a parent or guardian. Places are rather limited, so please do encourage anybody who is interested to arrive promptly!

Junior Chef’s will start on the following Saturday (the 28th) and Junior Cake & Bake will begin on Thursday 26th September. Both courses culminate in a Graduation Lunch, which will be held on 30th November 2019.
