Our Year 7 (2025) Open Evening is 'in person' on Tuesday 1st October. You do not need to book to attend, gates open at 5.00pm.  Headteacher Amy Jackson will give three speeches during the evening, at 5.15pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm. We are able to accommodate 250 people at each speech. The speech will also be available on our website and given on our open day tours.

During the evening, one of our knowledgeable Hollyfield ambassadors will take you around the school to see presentations from all the departments, to see our facilities, talk to the teachers and answer your questions.

You can also book a place on one of our Open Day tours. These take place in the morning and/or afternoon of the 4th, 7th, 9th, 11th, and 14th October. Places are limited to 50 per tour. You will be introduced to Amy Jackson (Headteacher), Matthew Winpenny (Senior Deputy Headteacher) and Marianne O'Shea (Deputy Headteacher) before being taken on a tour of the school by one of the senior leadership team to see it in action on a typical day.

We are also offering a Special Educational Needs (SEN) talk and tour on 2nd, 3rd, 10th and 15th October at 4.15pm. This is for students with SEN and their parents.  On 2nd October there will be a presentation from the Learning Support and Specialist Resource Provision teams followed by a Q & A session. This event will also include a brief tour of the Learning Support and Phoenix departments.  On all following dates there will be talk led by the SENCo and senior staff with the tour led by the SENCo and SEN Staff. This will give families ample opportunity to ask any questions they may have and to see our SEN provision. Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met, then tours may be cancelled.
